METAGRA has two pavilions which cover an area of 8000 m2 housing machinery of diverse functions:

• Stamping presses with 4, 5 and 6 dies.
• Strong vertical transfer machines.
• Advanced presses with external tooling change devices ad capacity to cut up to 36-mm diameter.
• Laminating machines, most of which incluye a double function (end pointing/thread rolling or washer assembling/thread rolling) which serve to laminate male threads of diverse types, and also for knurling.
• Lathes, miling machines and other specific machines carry out second operations on the pieces, such as taps, holes or slots.

METAGRA also has different machines with 100% automatic selection and a complete dimensional and metallurgical laboratory.

In this section, we should mention among others, the testing bench for tightening torque-tension to determine friction coefficients, the salt mist chamber, the traction and fatigue machina, and the X-ray machina for measuring coating thicknesses. Customers such as Renault consider it as a self-agreement laboratory.
